Eve\'s Generational Natural Progesterone Cream
- Description
Eve’s Generational Formula
The natural alternative to HRT!
Finally, a safe way for women to “handle” menopause, PMS, and osteoporotic conditions without the expense, dangerous side-effects, and ineffectiveness of estrogen replacement therapy. Experts in the field of natural health recognize the benefit of a progesterone cream made from wild yam extract for women troubled by PMS, menopause, and osteoporosis.
Directions
Where Should I Apply Natural progesterone in a moisturizing cream can be applied to the face, neck, inner arms, chest, breasts, hands or soles of the feet. The cream is readily absorbed and leaves no trace after a few minutes. During absorption the cream by-passes the liver and goes to specific receptor sites where progesterone is needed.
How Do I Use The Cream? Most women have reported a complete cessation of symptoms in 3 to 12 weeks Please Note: One-inch strip of cream from the pump equals ¼ tsp. Find the category that best describes your situation:
IF YOU ARE: Postmenopausal (not menstruating), have had a Hysterectomy, Oophorectomy (removal of ovaries), or have Osteoporosis: Use 1/8 tsp. twice a day. After three months, reduce to 1/16 tsp. twice a day. Do not use the first week of each month to give receptors a break.
Note: Occasionally, upon beginning use of natural progesterone, a postmenopausal woman could experience some breakthrough bleeding. This is the body’s way of getting rid of excess estrogen. If this continues longer than several months, you should consult a physician.
BreastFeeding
If you are breastfeeding and experience symptoms of PMS, Postpartum Depression, or Estrogen Dominance, you may use natural progesterone cream no sooner than 30 days after delivery. Use 1/16 tsp twice daily for three weeks per month until regular cycle occurs, then resume usage as a woman menstruating.
Menstruating on a monthly cycle:
Use 1/8 tsp twice a day after ovulation (usually 12 or 14 days from the first day of menstrual flow) through day 26 of your cycle. You do not use natural progesterone while menstruating. However, if you experience menstrual cramps, try rubbing a small amount of cream on the lower abdomen. For migraines, rub cream on the back of your neck.
Pre-Teen and Teens 100 lbs or less:
Use 1/16 tsp. of cream twice a day after ovulation (usually days 12 or 14) through day 26, for 3 to 6 months. If symptoms return, resume using cream to maintain good hormonal balance.
Experiencing Endometriosis or Uterine Fibroids:
Use 1/8 to 1/4tsp. of cream twice a day beginning on the 8th day of your cycle until the 26th day. After 6 months, use 1/8 tsp. twice a day after ovulation (usually day 12 or 14) through day 26.
Wanting to get Pregnant: Use 1/8 tsp. twice a day, days 8 thru 26 for two months. On the third month, use 1/8 tsp. twice day, the day following ovulation through day 26. If there is a possibility of pregnancy, DO NOT stop using the cream until you take a pregnancy test at day 26. If negative, then resume scheduled use. If test is positive, use as directed for pregnancy.
During Pregnancy:
Use 1/8 tsp. three times a day from conception. In third trimester, gradually decrease and discontinue 2 weeks before scheduled delivery time. Apply primarily to abdomen, breasts, lower back, and upper thighs (where it will help prevent stretch marks).
